How do I let someone who hurt me go?

When I’m still think about them and pray for them a lot. I know there toxic and I want to move on but it seems impossible?

Letting someone go is one of the hardest things to do. Even if they treated you badly.

They say time helps you to heal and move on, but it's what you do with your time that helps with the healing process

The way I deal with it is... I keep my mind active and busy. Every time my thoughts started dwelling on someone, I'd distract myself. Distraction is one of the best ways to eventually help you let go.

Get rid of anything related to the person that has sentimental value

Gradually memories fade and one day you realize you have let go.

Forgiveness is the easiest way to live your life and free your soul. If you are truly planning on moving on with your life, you must forgive yourself and the person who hurt you.
