My ex boyfriend treated me like trash when he found out I was tracking him (I ended up telling him because he lied about his whereabouts). Long story short, he got mad at me for a month, then came crawling back to me saying we could fix this and that I’m the only girl in the world that he loves and the only person that understands him better than he understands himself. I accepted. 2 weeks later he broke up with me because he said we’re always going to fight.
I recently just found out that he has been cheating on me for the past 6 months while we were still dating. The girl came onto him knowing he was in a relationship and he caved in. He treats her like shit (just like he did with me ex: answers when he wants, nice when he wants) but she glorifies him even though he’s emotionally unavailable.
The girl is pretty, but childish. I used to put him in his place and she sort of accepts him for whatever he is and then whines about it.
I guess my question is:
1) Why would he beg for us to fix our problems if he was dating her the entire time? Why not end it when he had the chance?
2) He is refusing to tell any of his friends that we are broken up, including his family. I had to break the news to his sister. If he’s happy with his new girl, why doesn’t he tell everyone we’re over he he hated me that much?
3) If I call, he still answers my phone calls and refuses to remove me off of social media. Why not remove me from social media instead of liking and commenting on my photos that his new girlfriend can see?
4) when he broke up with me, I was sick and he bought me food for an entire week, work uniforms (because I had just graduated) and supplies for my trip. Why would he do that if he couldn’t care less about me since he left me for this girl?
P. S. me and him were supposed to get married. We we’re pre-engaged and we’re dating for 4 years. He’s 27.
