Keep busy and your mind focused on things other than her. I use the distraction technique. Every time my thoughts start to dwell wonder on to something negative or in a person, I distract myself by doing something productive.

It's easier to let go of someone I'd they're outright mean to you. But when they haven't been , it's so hard to let go.
