Cats and animals?

I force fed my kitten close to two days ago and he has ignored me since then. I normal close the door to where his liter is and he meows to let me know he wants to go but today he fed use to do it in my closet and not let me know he wants to go.
I force fed him because he hasn’t eaten in days and I’m worried. I can only see a vet on Saturday
