Guys, It's been a month after our breakup but I still can't move on. I avoided texting her but I still stalk her sometimes. But I don't want her back because she's childish and selfish person. She's just not my type. I just miss the conversation we use to have.

I want to forget her permanently. There's no going back.

Ok this may not be strictly healthy mentally, I have no idea, but what I always found what worked for me was just to look for the next one. Like I would actively look at girls I talked to or were in classes with and think about tould I enjoy dating them. I try and put more focus on the future and not the past. It is a weird concept but I hope it helps.

Find other girls to talk to, maybe get rejected a few times or get a new girlfriend
