Late night text from an ex?

Me and my ex broke up 2 years ago on NYE. Now 2 years later he texted me at 12:20 a. m. saying “Hello…”. What does it mean?

Also he frequently text me at telegram pretending to be an unknown person with different name everytime and ends up getting blocked.

Also, any text at midnight is a bad sign especially since you haven’t heard from eachother in a while. I would have ignored it until morning for numerous reasons
