I feel sick to my stomach about this person and I can’t do normal things. This person did something bad but I have forgiven them. But still think they are attractive and that’s why I can’t get over them. They consume my mind. How do I break a habit from trying to check up on them to see if there online. I think it’s time for me to move on from they. Can you please help me? I want to forget about them completely. I got involved with a person that is bad news. I live in a new city I think I should go out and meet new people.
