How do I let go?

I partner has been unfaithful and this is not the first time. I’m finding it hard to comprehend that this is the end. It’s hard to let go of him, but I have to. How can I move forward? What has worked for you? We have 3 children together.

I was super miserable when things ended with my first daughters mom. But really, I just started focusing on day to day things, and trying to get plenty of sleep. I found that my emotions were more strong in the evening. I know that exercise, even brisk walking, can help get the happy hormones going in your brain. So go for a walk in the morning, keep busy, go to bed early, find some tasks that make you focus your attention, read a book, learn something new, get a cookbook and cook something different every day. The more time goes by the more you will heal, but you have to give your mind something different to focus on.

It's hard but time heals and loving yourself a little more to not have to deal with that. When someone loves you they wouldn't do that. I'm sure it's even more difficult having children but you can't be in an unhealthy relationship and your kids will notice. Also pray about it. Pray about anything and give it all to the Lord who listens and will guide you
