If you’re asking me personally yes I can even if it’s hard at first I most of the time look back and am glad I did. Some people aren’t worth your energy. It’s not even because I hate them it’s self preservation. In fact distancing myself from these people keeps me from hating them because when I am angry at someone and hate them that’s hurting me more then it’s hurting them especially because they probably don’t even care how I feel anyways. It’s a waste of my energy.
