How do you deal with a breakup experience?

She ended our relationship due to personal issue and she don't think we are right each other. I tried so hard to win her back, but she wouldn't change her mind. I feel downed as if the world just stopped spinning.

There is no way anyone can tell you how to deal with it. There is no one way or good way. But I have been that guy, and then actually go her back. But let me tell you...

It turned out to be one worst experiences of the dating live, and you may not know it or feel it right now... but she probably is doing the best thing she possibly can be doing for you.

Again as a guy who has been through this... if she is breaking up with because of her issues, then good reddens. Seriously, these types are the most emotionally immature, unstable and insecure people in the world, and you don't want to be with someone like that. TRUST ME!!!

Even if you got her back, you are literally taken her back knowing that she as some type of emotional instability in her life. The problem is that she knows you know it as well, and it will become her excuse for everything she does or does not do and she will expect you to be understanding. Which is fine for a time, but in the long run its all bullshit. At some point you will wake up and realize your in an emotionally draining, toxic and dysfunctional relationship with a extremely selfish person, with a toxic personality.

These perceive themselves as the victim in any given situation, and then expect you to do more and be more, then any one person should ever be expected. You become their emotional caretaker... The caretaker is a person who will give up their own happiness, needs and goals to satisfy the other person. In doing this you allow yourself to become conditioned to accepting their behaviors as be okay... but in reality you are only victimizing yourself to make them happy.

Which again may be fine, but if they are incapable of being happy on their own, then all they are really doing doing is ensure you both are trapped in a toxic and very emotional unfulfilling and unhappy relationship

Its even worse when you are perfect together but it wasn't meant to be.

In your case though it can be easier, I know it sucks and you'd want her back. But at least in your case it ended because the compatibility wasn't all there. Which means there will be better girls out there for you that will love and accept you as you are.

Since I kind of skipped over the actual question by accident, best thing you can do is sleep off the pain, enjoy your hobby's and talk about it with others if you need to get it off your chest.

It takes a bit of time apart for for a person to heal after a break up.
