How do I move on?

Me and my boyfriend recently broke up and it was all like a flash to me. He unfriended me on all social media even when he promised we would stay friends and talk to each other. It breaks my heart even more because he promised me so many things and yet he still lied to me.

i went through something similar , it didn't even seem real and still doesn't make a lot of sense really. she lied about things that didn't even make any sense lying about.

sometimes the reality is after a break up there isn't necessary much reason to stay in contact frequently with an ex , i still talked to her inperson when i saw her at her work but haven't spoke in a month as she returned to school and not around. i didn't bother trying to stay in touch on social media after everything she did

Easily. You close your eyes, take a deep breath and let it go. Don't try to be friends with an ex. It will just empower him and hurt you.

Look for somebody else. Or just talk to somebody. U can send a PM if u want a virtual shoulder to cry on.

Don't think about moving on yet.. That stage happens when you are able to let go of the pain.

When my ex ended it after promising to remain friends , it crushed me to the core, because when I was with him he was still friends with an ex. I have always been there for him and a good friend. So it hurts more knowing he won't remain in my life as friends

I wonder if he is on this website. He might have gotten advice from some intel that if he completely unfriends you, that you will try to want to be his girlfriend again.

Breakups are rough. Did he break up with you or other way around?

Depending how that part played out, maybe he's mad, maybe he's sad, but either way he might just be feeling like he needed a clean break from you and that social media stuff would be too difficult/distracting.
