You break up with someone, but they don't accept it or seem to understand that you are no longer dating. If you date, kiss, have sex, with someone else is that cheating. You broke up, it's not your fault that the other person is refusing to accept it.

This happened to a guy in my highschool. He broke up with his girlfriend, and she didn't accept it. He asked another girl out and started dating her. The girl who didn't accept the end of the relationship was furious.

but, if you break up with someone around noon at school, and you're dating someone by the same night... that's shady lmfao

moreso if you laid your eyes on other girls the days before when you were still in a relationship with someone... that would be just a dick-move

I don't know when he asked out the other girl, but they were dating a week after he told us he was going to ask her out and that was 3 or so days after he broke up with her.

Probably, it's not like the girl he was dating was that good of a person. She was flirting with other guys shortly before the relaitonship ended. Not that flirting with people on my wreslting team wasn't unusual. We were all in good physical shape, or at least not fat.

It would be cheating if he started talking or met the other girl before. But if he started talking after breaking up then it wouldn't be cheating.

He knew her and probably talked to her. Granted I did too. I was in a school where each grade was under 60 students. We pretty much knew everyone within a few grades of us. Now I don't think he flirted with her before breaking up, but he had definitely talked with her before ending it with his ex, probably even before dating his ex.
