Should I delete my photos with my ex on social media?

I dated my ex boyfriend for 2 years. We met at a Halloween party in college and we broke up 4 months ago. It took me some time to get over him and I didn't want to commit to anyone because I wasn't fully over him yet. Now I am over him and I'm ready to find someone new, but my friend keeps telling me that I should delete all the photos I have with him on social media. I want to keep some for memories and I like the way I look in some of them too. Is my friend right? Or should I keep some of them up?

don't listen to your friend. you do whatever you want with your own profile. you can also just hide the pictures on facebook or archive them on instagram so only you can see them.
