I deleted my exs photos from my social media how should I feel and think about this?

We did so much together in 1 year and now it's just all gone. I feel sad and angry and empty and just bad.

I can't tell you how to feel. No one can.

It'll suck for awhile, but it WILL get better. I have plenty of memories with exes that I actually look back on fondly, not because of my ex but because of the experience itself.

I can hardly remember my exes after so many years. I deleted most of any photos I have, some are buried deep in the computer that I've missed. But time is all we need. Delete them, remove it from your mind.
