So my ex dumped me over a year ago and has been treating me bad ever since even though I tried my best to make things work again.

I cut off contact completely and I’m living my life again healing myself with everything I do.
But my friend that I don’t even see that often or talk to as we both have our own lives.

Texted me a screen shot of my ex saying this?
I’m so hurt and annoyed over it as why would he do that?
It’s ruined my day today and I’m so afraid Now is he going to contact anyone else I just want this man out of my life and to leave me alone I’m sick of the abuse can anyone help me understand what that move was about?

Um, he didn't make contact with you here, it was your friend! so your friend is to blame here, as she is the one who sent you the message not your ex. I don't see any abuse happening here either or any proof of him not leaving you alone. He didn't contact you and it doesn't appear he even asked about you either, so where is the evidence of him not leaving you alone and him abusing you because I don't see any evidence of any of this from what you posted?

My god I didn’t know I had to post the whole years script I’m never asking for advise again as yous can’t answer a simple question. Him and my friend aren’t friends on socials they only met once he texted her because he can’t text me as I reached out to his own mother about his abuse the whole year. Anything else u want to know or do u want to just take his side?

Well you didn't show evidence and I am sick and tired of girls like you accusing someone of abuse without showing any evidence. I'm not taking any sides, I'm simple saying you are sitting here accusing him of not leaving you alone and abusing you but nothing you have posted even remotely shows that. Hey if you wanna throw the allegations of him abusing you around without the evidence just know he can have you charged. Next time don't expect everyone to defend you or support you because many of have who have been abused are so damn tired of people who claim someone is doing something but never back it up with evidence.

If u want proof I can send u everything and explain in depth everything since your slamming me here for no reason abuse is a real thing emotionally and physically and it impacts peoples mental health and if you cannot see that then I dunno what to say other than get off commenting on my stuff thanks
