How to move on from a break up?

I just broke up , I have been crying after he hang up the phone call for like an hour. I feel like I give him everything and planned our future together but today it has crashed down. He keep saying that he tryna replace me with his ex and talking about the time he fucked with another girl or the way he want to fuck with another girls so bad while he’s in a relationship with me. How to move on with a person who you still love? I feel like I will have a heart attack when he said we broke up..

It's okay to feel bad. You don't have to move on right away. But a good way to start could be doing something you love, or trying something new, that isn't associated with him.

It is the holiday season; that can be really hard when you're newly single. But there's also the chance you can do some traditions you like that you already did before he came into your life. And if there's something totally new you wanted to do, or your friends/family wanted to do, trying new things and making new good memories is a good way to move on from old good and bad memories.

Maybe get a therapist if needed. Just let yourself grieve have a good friend and when you start to like another guy you’ll be ready to date again hopefully

Don’t try to avoid the pain…confront it when alone, but hang out with friends as much as you can. Family can help too. Implementing good routines is key. Clean the house, work on your hobby, work towards something that you can feel good about. Basically take all that energy you were giving to the relationship and put it towards something useful; it doesn’t make the pain go away faster necessarily but it does help balance it out
