Anyone know if the police can get someone to stop contacting you?

Blocked on everything but still manages to contact me.
I’ve contacted both parents of this person 3 times and nothing seems to be working.

His dad actually cussed me out and told me that he hopes his son drives me mad with contacting me.

It’s been over a year of this even when I asked him myself to levee me alone.

Im just wondering is going to the police going to help my situation as I feel this will never end?
