my ex and i broke up 2 weeks ago he left me for his ex i got a call from him today and he apologized for treating me wrong he said i didn't deserve anything he put me through and he just wasn't ready for a relationship but when we were together he would tell me he love me we lived together he brought up marriage and we worked on having a baby (i got pregnant but he told me to get a abortion when we broke up) if he wasn't ready why did he plan a future with me or get into a relationship with me was everything he told me a lie did he ever care about me? after he told me he was not ready for a relationship while we were together i was so mad i hung up and blocked him but I'm still wondering if anything in our relationship was real

Sorry to hear about this especially as you are bringing a child into the world. Do not forget the court orders and child support no matter what he says. Some people, like this guy, love themselves so much that even a thought about what they were doing to another never crosses their mind.

These kind of people are body hoppers chasing the Buzz of new and exciting. When that wears off on the new girl and past Ex, he will come back to you or go to another. It is a pattern that actually changes the way the brain works and the individual functions.

It sounds like he only wanted a relationship if his ex was unavailable and once she was available he left for her. It is messed up. I'd suggest in the future to avoid anyone that has any contact with an ex. That was really messed of of him.

He says he’s not ready for a relationship, yet he planned a future with you, although planning a future like that only 9 months into the relationship is a bit of a red flag. Seems like love bombing. And you said he left you for his ex. So that sounds like he wasn’t ready for a relationship with you. But he’s ready for a relationship with someone else. Sorry that happened, no one deserves to have a boyfriend or girlfriend suddenly break things off and lie about it.
