It's your life to waste. Take some time to grieve and then wake up and realize that
a) if it was your fault, forgive yourself and find a new lover
b) if it was her fault, be glad you're rid of her
c) if it was mutual, or you just don't know exactly why, stop crying about it and find someone better suited for you.

What you're doing now will accomplish nothing except keep you spinning in a cycle of sorrow until you just have nothing left. Why do that do yourself?

There is a part in a Phil Collins song called Do You Remember? In it he sings "Someone is always leavin' and someone's always changing their mind.
I wouldn't wish being lovesick on anyone! When I had my heart broken real bad I remember wishing there was a pill we could take for lovesickness.
I wrote a lot of poetry about how I was feeling, and that really helped me.
