My girlfriend broke my heart how can I cope?

My girlfriend who I thought I was going to marry, told me she was a lesbian and that I guess it was over, can anyone offer me advice on how I can cope with this, I've had major depression and this has just made me feel 10x worse than before.

Stay strong, keep yourself distracted. Hit the gym, meet new people. Talk to friends. Make new friends. Hone a skill. Get new skills. Travel. Discover new places.
