I said something awful to my girlfriend and now she broke up with me, what should I do (I truly love her)?

Hello people,
A couple of weeks ago, I got into a nonsense fight with my LDR girlfriend, it was all my fault. In the morning I sent her a cute long text as we usually used to, then she took long to reply even though I would know she gets busy sometimes, so, later when she replied to my message, I got mad and started complaining to her why she took long to reply and blah blah, she apologized for it and tried to patiently calm me, but then I said something I deeply regret saying "you know I'm your puppet and you should thank life for that" and then she said what? What do you mean?😐 and then we got into an argument and she ended up breaking me up. I tried to cool things off but no success. After that, I wanted to give her space but she never texted so 2 days later I texted her but I felt her cold and distant with me. We've had our ups and downs we been on and off, but this time it seems like I ticked her off. So its been almost 3 weeks and I haven't had success in winning her back by apologizing to her and explaining my mess to her. Im going crazy as I truly love her, and I really really didn't mean to say what I said to her, it was just in the heat of the moment. But it seems like it did really offend/hurt her. These past few days, we've talked but she says she just wanna be friends with me and she started making excuses (I think, nonsense) of why she came up with that decision. So what should I do to win her back? From the girl's point of view, what do you think it could be great to get her to give me another chance? I don't really wanna lose her :(
No fool answers.
