Yeah, that. Or they want to see you beg. I had an ex once who dumped me but a few weeks later she texted me some dumb shit about why was I telling people we were dating and that I should see us as just friends now. I said I never told people we were dating, and said it doesn't matter now anyway because I already started seeing someone else. Which was a lie, but I said that to fuck with her head like she was trying to do to me. After that she made open shows of trying to make me jealous with another guy but it didn't work.
