Nothing, you simply move on. You disrespect yourself when you stick by someone that so blatantly disrespected you, and your vows to each other. There are a few reason why, but first you should know that men and women tend to cheat in different ways. Women tend to need an emotional connection prior to sleeping with a man, whereas as the typical man can sleep with any woman that is physically attractive, irregardless of an emotional connection. From an evolutionary perspective, this makes sense, and we see this reality play out in how many more men than women watch porn, and even the kinds of porn each gender prefers. So when a woman cheats on you, the relationship is over, because she no longer respects you enough to remain loyal to you, and is emotionally connected to someone else. In a nutshell, other men are now your competition in a marriage, its that woman's values that are. So it will only be a matter of time before she cheats on this new man as well. Cut your losses, and don't look back. There is nothing to reconcile in this relationship, without respect.

Ask them if they want to change. A cheater CAN change. I know people think otherwise but those people don't understand the subconscious mind and nor do the cheaters which is why they keep cheating even if they want to stop.

I believe karma will get them. If you Google cheaters who remarried, their divorce rate appears to be over 90% and usually in under 20 years. Cheaters don’t get loyalty from their new partner cause they do not give real loyalty, they are there just for convenience.
