He was distant with me for a few days then broken up with me but went back to contacting me on a daily basis. As far as the break up, he made it clear that he was completely done with the relationship and it has come to a final end where it can’t be revived. After the break up he was still was calling me and he got mad at me because I was mad at him for still contacting me then eventually blocked me. So now I’m blocked even though I was never texting him first.

It's not uncommon for people to try to shift blame onto others when they are feeling defensive or guilty about their own behavior. In this case, it's possible that your ex-partner may be feeling guilty about the way he handled the breakup or the way he has been contacting you, and is trying to deflect that guilt onto you by making it seem like you are at fault.
However, it's important to remember that you are not responsible for someone else's behavior, and you are not at fault for their actions or decisions. You have the right to feel upset or angry if someone is treating you poorly, and you have the right to set boundaries and protect your own well-being.
If you feel comfortable doing so, it may be helpful to have an open and honest conversation with your ex-partner about how you are feeling and how their behavior has impacted you. However, it's important to prioritize your own safety and well-being, and to avoid engaging with someone who is being verbally or emotionally abusive.
Ultimately, it's up to you to decide how you want to handle the situation and whether you want to continue contact with your ex-partner. It may be helpful to seek support from trusted friends or family members, or to consult a therapist or counselor to help you navigate this difficult situation.
He sounds like a real clown, who actually did you a favor, so block him and cut him out of your life for good.
