Recently I havnt been on snapchat bc I don't know I just don't want to and I had issues with it, with my ex but anyway I deleted all my friends and at one point my only friend was my ex but since I don't go on it I deleted him and also blocked him but I keep getting these random quick add people and they are all girls and I don't know any of them, and when I look up quick add how you get them it says I have to "are based on who you're already friends with, who you subscribe to, and other factors." Sooo since my ex was my only friend at one point is that his friends? Or people he talks to?

Quick add is basically just the same feature as “people you may know” on facebook. Fb gives suggestions of people even if you don’t have any friends yet so I’m assuming it’s similar for sc. i doubt it has to do with your ex’s friend list since he’s blocked. Also you can get adds from bot accounts

Doesn't it tell you if they added you by user or quick add?

No it doesn't it just says quick add it doesn't tell u if they added u or not bc there is literally no one on quick add that's in my contacts on my phone

For me it tells me they added me by username sometimes, they took it out damn that sucks, I don't know then, snapchat is just confusing tbh
