My ex girlfriend broke up in mid Feb and left to New Hampshire on April 25th. She rejected my last attempt in winning her back. She said no to the question. Though I have an update as of now:
However, we're still on each other FB. We've recently spoken on the phone and I've admitted all my mistakes. I've been on counseling session (this is for myself, regardless of whether she comes back or not) to solve the issue about parenthood anxiety, trauma from not having a father figure because he died when I was just a toddler, raised by my widow mother, my tendency to procrastinate over things, delay things. Even though she still loves me, she's still hurt, needs time and wants to remain friends for now. She said if I want to, I can ask the question again within a year from now and that would be her final answer.
I need to get this right. Does this I have a good chance of getting her back?

People can change but its usually not enough to sway someone's opinion, they want to see a complete 180, and that rarely ever happens.
I've been in counseling to work on myself, regarding my issue with anxiety towards fatherhood. I refuse to give up easily. She's hurt and it's on me to make her feel secure again.
I'm there for her and the ring is still there. I haven't returned it yet. All she has to do is come back and say yes to me.
she will probably move on and so will you
It hurts badly. I don't mind waiting that whole year, whatever time she needs/wants.
Things will change as time goes by
Nope
It hurts.
