Is she giving me a chance or no?

I am an exchange student. I just came to America, and I wouldn't particularly define myself as a top specimen. Im not ugly, but not good looking either. So as I start getting to know people, I enter this friend group. They are all relatively popular, two of them are on the student council, and one of them is a cheerleader on top of that. So one day, when I was at a college night event, I talked to recruiters about potentially joining the military as a linguist, they said I need citizenship to get a security clearance. I go to our group chat and complain how stupid the system is, the girl I am interested in, lets call her D, replies first, and says that she will marry me for citizenship, completely unprompted. Her two friends in the group chat start saying how they ship us. One day passes by, she gets asked to homecoming by an undoubtedly good looking but not sharp guy on the football team, i'm kinda sad. One more day passes by, we are talking about homecoming and I mention how I may not go since all of them have dates and I would just be third wheeling the entire night. She replies first and commands me to go. Her friends join in. Then they tell me how I dont need a date, how dates are often just a formality and there is no actual love involved, and she says "I would rather die than dance with (football guy)" and how she just said yes because she didn't want to humiliate him. Fast forward one more day, we are making smalltalk on snapchat, and she sends a selfie without text in her bra (all I can see her upper torso and the strap, but she is smiling). I kinda panic, I send a selfie too (I absolutely hate taking selfies) and a few hours later, she opens it, replies, she is in the car with (football guy). She is smiling into the camera, football guy is driving with a relatively neutral or bored face expression. She stayed at what I would assume is his house for a couple hours (we have life360 group) and that's it. So who is being lied to here, me or football guy?
