What to do when your ex keeps online stalking you?

Nothing, I don't do anything online that really matters. If someone really wants to smurf accounts to see what I'm doing online, oh boy, what a winner.

I mean, put it into perspective, you're trying to move on, he's spending hours a day looking at your ass online. It would be less pathetic if he were to actually pursue you, or just demand ass rather than spending so long just to see public posts.

Call out the accounts on it so at least there's a record of it in case he does ramp it up. Could be he just gets off on the image of you or something though.

If you can, file a No Contact restraining order. I'm not sure if they have those in Britain. Or just change your phone number and make new accounts with a fake name and no pictures, and only tell your close friends and family about it.

I think you would be wise to set accounts to private, decline friend requests (or whatever they call them) from people you don’t know, and let calls without caller ID go to voicemail. You should also contact the authorities if you have told this guy to stop harassing you and he continued anyway.

Disappear from the media for a while, if he sees no activity for a while it would confuse him or just dont care about his issues, i mean he can see but he can't touch, there's not much he can really do besides imagine shit and its not like you are aware of what his creepy ass is imagining so its not very effective

Then u might get a no contact order against him through the court system so the next time he contacts you he will be going to jail but that does not always work you just have to hope and pray by ignoring him that he will stop sooner or later but at least by law you have and formed the police that he is making you uncomfortable and that he might be making you fear for your life.
