Due to new supply he has blocked me and made sure there was no evidence of him speaking to me in messages.
He said he’s afraid I’ll ruin his happiness one day when he’s ruined mine for years.
I’m now being cut off completely because of this new supply and I feel crap because I didn’t think he would find a girlfriend.
And just the way he could cut me out completely when he wanted to but it took him finding someone now to leave me be.

I recommend you move your own way as well, you won't feel anything but pain if you just just stick around thinking of this constantly, who cares why he blocked you, just be glad he did cause it will make your moving on process a lot easier.

Yep I can understand that, people can be cold but you should distract yourself with things that will keep your mind off for as long as you could but also fall into acceptance on what happened and how it will be from this day forward until you get over him completely, it's not the end of the world tho, at one point you were living without him and even tho it changed all of a sudden at a speed that was unexpected, you'll adjust to it again and you'll be fine.

It’s been nearly 3 years and now it’s like I’m completely removed from his life now I just feel so low again because I wanted to be the one to find happiness instead he gets it

But you are doing one thing that keeps bringing you right back to the same emotional position you are trying to move on from and that's by staying updated with your exes life, doing that would just prevent you from moving on cause you are still keeping him in your life in a one sided way, you are acknowledging him but he isn't doing the same for you which keeps you in this one sided depression state, cut him off completely and that means updating yourself with him life.
