Why did my cheating narcissist ex block me?

My ex he was a narcissist always taking everything away from me, leaving me with nothing even my last money. When I caught him cheating and asked him why he couldn't break up like a decent person if he wanted be with another woman he said why should I break up with you? You are my life. I blocked him three days ago on Telegram and yesterday I opened Telegram saw he changed his name and blocked me too why did he do that? I mean I already blocked him so why he block me suddenly 3 days later?

Narcissist means he Loves himself. So when you blocked him ofcourse he would block you proving his point that "no can treat me bad but i treat others bad".
