What should I do to move on after my heart broken?

He was all my life for 7 years we plan our future together.. i was standing by his side in every thing and u help him.. but he broke my heart and cheated on me with another woman who is younger and left me.. i feel like am dying.. i know that i was worng when i made him everything in my life.. but is there any thing to help me move on?

Strengthen your relationship with god and pray about it, surround yourself with loving people, try to stay busy, and take it one day at a time. 7 years is a long time to invest, and that is quite a hurtful way to end it all so I’m very sorry for that. This is going to be one of the hardest things in your life but you will get through it.

yea, cut all ties with him, that includes not stalking his page, pictures you got laying around, his belongings, etc, then find things to keep your mind off that, doing nothing gives u enough time to drown in those emotions and if you put focus in other things then it will minimize the pain throughout that time, so keep busy, socialize with others if you want and time is the last part of the healing process, you'll feel better, trust 💯

Yeah professional help and prayer and hopefully finding the right one. That sucks I’m so sorry. I mean a few months of a bad relationship is hard. I can’t even imagine 7 years of your life wasted.

i'd honestly get some therapy, it can help you find your way out of this mess. 7 years is a long time. and then to be cheated on on top of that. just awful. i'm so sorry that happened to you.
