Why do exes get mad when you don't react to their attempts to make you jealous?

So crazy ex who strung me along is engaged to be married. (Weeks after again trying to get me back).

He sent me photos of his fiancee and him. He was really trying to rile me up about it too.

I said congratulations. I was relieved because I figured he would just go on about his business and finally leave me alone.

Ex said to me that I cause problems and should get my head checked. 🤣 I didn't respond.

He kept calling and texting demanding I speak with him to the point I had to block him.😪

We've not been speaking and I genuinely have forgiven myself and him.😌

I know people like to make people jealous but why flip out?😕

She doesn't deserve to be used as a tool of revenge, even if you're well above what he's trying to do to you (great job, by the way, very well played).

Show her and warn her this is who she's marrying: a man who is only using her to try to get back at an ex.

Frankly, who knows what is going on. I don't know her at all and wouldn't even know how to contact her. Also, I guarantee he has put her through all sorts of push and pull craziness. I'm not connected to the situation and don't want to be.

I blocked him and he called my actual line begging to see me. I feel for this girl. Then saying he will never call me again as if I was the one who kept showing up at his house calling him down.

We'll see how long the marriage lasts. TBH when it comes to meeting people the number one deal breaker is when they bring up their ex more than 1 occasion

They have an inferior complex and are very insecure. TBH I avoid social media but hypothetically speaking if you were to show your status as "in a relationship " hid alleged fiance would kick his ass to the curb for being very distant towards her due to his obsession with you moving forward. Just my opinion
