It’s like everyday it’s so fresh, like I miss the feeling of having someone there to talk to if I was stressed, someone to help with my pet, I just always feel all alone now

Man, breaking up is the worst feeling ever. I know exactly what you mean about constantly missing that other person and feeling lonely. A few things that help me leave it in the past:
- Lean on your boys. Hang with friends a lot, play video games, go do stuff to keep your mind occupied.
- Hit the gym. Nothing feels better than a killer workout to relieve stress and boost your mood.
- Rewire your brain. When you catch yourself thinking about them, consciously shift to something positive like a fun memory or plan.
- Deactivate/delete them on social media. Seeing their stuff just reopens the wound.
- Give it time. As shitty as it feels now, in a few months you'll be way better. Just tough it out day by day.
- Put yourself out there when you're ready. Nothing helps getting over someone like meeting someone new.
It'll still sting for a bit but just stay busy and focus on you. One day you'll barely even remember what hurt so much before. You got this bro, keep your head up!
It will nevercgo away but eventually it will be something you learn to live with.
