It’s not good for your mental health.

The hatred builds up in you and makes your life miserable.

Choose to forgive, do not forget, just forgive. For your own sake and happiness.

Everytime I forgave someone, I forgave for my peace of mind. I don’t want to spend my life hating, I want to spend my life loving. Feels better to forgive and let go.

People hurt us, some more some less, we hurt people too sometimes, take care of yourself, you’ve got only this one body, nobody else will care for its well being if you don’t.

Hatred kills us slowly, it ruins amour health. Choose to forgive and believe in happiness again.

There's nothing "wrong" with it if the other person did something unfair to you. But regardless, it's not very helpful to you in any way. Just cut them out of your life, learn WHY things played out the way they did and avoid putting yourself in a similar position in the future.

Yeah, but is that healthy for you? Usually it isn't, unless the ex has done something really awful.

No, not at all. Try to get a perspective from her point of view, and remember that the best revenge is to let them live the life they have to deal with.

I'm fine with hating her from a distance. I don't ever have to contact her again.
