How do I push through and move on from my ex?

I saw he posted a pic with a girl on social media and my heart just sank to my stomach 😞 it's been 2 months since we broke up. 6 weeks no contact. When we were together he wouldn't even post me in social setting with a group of friends let alone just us two. It hurts so much, I just want to be okay.

But you know what? Screw him. He obviously didn't appreciate you, otherwise he would have posted ya when you were together. Don't waste another second crying over some fool.

Here's what you need to do - delete and block him everywhere so you don't have to see stuff that sets you back. Out of sight, out of mind.

Then focus on yourself. Hit the mall and shop, ball with the girls, pick up a new hobby - do anything to stay busy. The distance will help with the sting over time.

Soon you'll realize he was bringing you down anyway. And you'll meet somebody even better who treats you with respect, posts you everywhere, and makes you forget this clown even existed!

I know it's raw now, but you got this Queen. Your worth isn't defined by some guy he's pretending to like online. Keep your head up - better days are coming.

I suggest not to follow him on social media u have to stop seeing n knowing stuff about it or else u won't move on
