Why my ex stares at me after no contact and after he moved on?

I and my ex boyfriend are from same class and our breakup is too bad and the reason is he cheated on me with his ex girlfriend and now he’s saying he truly loved her not me and he’s trying on her and I guess they are in relation now. Daily I see him and sometimes I see both of them talking.

But I have a question what’s the use of staring at me he’ll look at me I feel frustrated and I’ll turn my ahead. After our breakup many people bet him for cheating on me and it’s too hard for him as he’s shy and introverted guy from beginning.

So my question is why would he keep staring at me when he’s having other girl whom he loves truly?
