A complicated divorce?

I divorced my husband after a year of our marriage, and the main reason for my problems with him was that he did not respect me and cared about the cleanliness of the house more than anything even me. I could not hold out for more than 9 months, and it took him two months to decide to divorce.
The divorce was completed, and a month after that he started monitoring my stories on WhatsApp, but intermittently. Now he follows it almost constantly and even tries to interact by posting general stories at the times I post stories.

I completely ignore his stories, except for one story that I opened, in which he had placed an advertisement for jobs, and it was clear that he wanted me to apply for it.
He deleted the story immediately after I saw it.
last week He posted a story at the same time as I posted a story, and it was a good morning♥️, I did not open the story and He deleted it after he learned that I I entered WhatsApp and did not see it, and this is the case with all the stories he posts if I do not open them within a short period of time.

In the divorce hearing, he said that life is impossible for Us, There is no fault in me but rather a fault in him, and that this decision was made after studying and that he was confident in his decision and prayed for me to have better husband. Can someone explain to me what is happening?

Wow this whole situation with your ex-husband is super weird and kinda creepy. Monitoring your stories and trying to interact like that after you've been divorced for a while is just inappropriate. A few thoughts on what could be going on:

- He's not fully moved on from the relationship yet and still has leftover feelings for you even if he was the one who pushed for divorce. Seeing what you post gives him a way to still feel connected.

- He might be trying to mess with your head a little bit and get a reaction out of you. Posting at the same times is too coincidental.

- There could be some regret on his part over losing you and he wants to reconnect without actually apologizing or admitting fault.

- Worst case, he's becoming obsessive and his behavior could escalate over time if not addressed.

I'd say the best thing is to confront him directly - call or message and say his social media stuff needs to stop because it's making you uncomfortable since you're divorced now. Be very clear you don't want any contact. If he keeps it up after that, you may need to think about blocking him altogether or warning other people so they're aware. Your safety and mental wellbeing should be the priority here. Don't feel bad about being direct and protecting yourself. Stay strong!

I think he’s playing games with you and if you confront him on it. He will gaslight you into thinking you’re crazy for being paranoid.

Here is the thing. You aren’t married to him anymore and aren’t obligated to put up with his shit from this point forward. The best thing you can do is ignore it. Just figure it’s his way of playing games. The best thing to do is disregard him and find someone else.

Feel sorry for him and pray for him to find someone new who will make him happy. But feeling sorry for someone doesn’t mean you have to allow them back in to hurt you again. You need to be moving on and focusing on finding someone new. Not stay stuck in the past witj someone who hasn’t moved on. Maybe he needs to grieve.

I think a problem is that people don’t allow themselves to grieve. Maybe they’re in denial still or whatever. So they stay stuck on something because they never allowed themselves to get over it.

You too are a horrible couple. How long did you date before you got married? Why didn’t you guys come to a compromise? You can still have a clean house and love each other and go out and do things not everything requires cleaning all day there must be something else that you left out
