its not about forgetting the person at all, it doesn’t work that way. it’s learning to accept the outcome, all the wonderful times, all the terrible ones, & work on yourself to ensure you are more selective with those you choose to pursue a relationship with. you'll never forget the person but the pain will diminish day by day. it helps to sit back & think about it in a way where it’s not asking yourself “what did i do wrong” or “what could i have done differently”, its “now what?”. prioritize yourself in every sense.
focus on urself n seek therapy
