Am I wrong for asking him to ship me my stuff?

Was seeing this guy and left some stuff at his house. He called things off about two months ago and has been super dry and cold with me since then. I told him I’d like to pick up my things and he would reply with one word answers - basically he had been dodging me when I’d ask to pick up my stuff, and when he would finally reply, he’d be super vague about when I could come pick them up, and would be super dry as well. I told him I won’t feel comfortable picking my stuff up if he keeps acting super disrespectful, and to that he simply replied with “ok”. I asked him if he could just ship me my stuff instead, and I’d pay him for the shipping- he refused and said “come get your shit or not”. I basically acted crazy after that and spammed him with messages, and he ended up blocking me everywhere. I don’t know what to think anymore. I guess I’ll never get my stuff back. This isn’t the full story cause it’s a long one, but he had been dodging me for a while about me picking my stuff up- he’d tell me to come, but when I’d tell him he’s being rude about it, he’d start dodging me again. I tried several times asking him to ship them to me, and he’d tell me to instead come pick it up on a given day, even when I’d offer to pay for the shipping. It’s like the only option he gave me was to have him be rude to me, while I stupidly drive myself to his house to pick up my own stuff, all while being disrespected by him.

Lets be honest , he is not going to pay , you offered to pay , its time to be adults make a time that you both agree , and you quickly go in and pick up your gear , otherwise this will go on forever.

Get a court order. It'll mean you will get your stuff (even if it means you going to get it) within7 days. If he fails to comply? He will end up in serious trouble!
