I don't do this at all I control my anger to the minimum but if I was to do this I won't break expensive stuffs I can just break a pen or pencil lol

Men who do this lack self control. My dad would throw stuff, break drywall and beat the living snot outta me and my siblings for stuff that he caused- only because he was frustrated. I hated it. Whenever I see a guy start yelling and throwing stuff I think of him as a small man- a big baby who’s got a tantrum. It’s immature. It’s stupid. It is an outward demonstration of zero self awareness.

I throw stuff occasionally. It only breaks if it's poorly constructed. Usually the batteries fall out.
