If it were my brother; in that context, I'd advise him to stand his ground and not take her back. It's not like it was a minor thing like they had a falling out and she is wanting to make amends. She revealed her true nature and now that she is realizing that she isn't happy, she wants to go back to the guy she snowed the first time. I'm all for giving people second chances, but I also care about the consequences of their choices on the people I love.
