Why do guys reject girls then come back to them?

Girls, how many of you have been rejected before when asking someone out?

G@Gers would have you think that no women are the first to express explicit interest in a guy. But there are women, especially, myself who do so.

I have found most of the time, that these men who I know are dying to get to know me will soft ghost when I give the green light then come back. By this time I've completely lost interest and I am completely turned off by the lack of "carpe diem" on their part.

Most of the time it's either cause they r players and got bored with u, or they actually care and thought it was best for u till they found out about more in ur life and wanted to protect u.

I think it's insulting to go back to the person you've rejected in the past. Because A. It can be for stupid reasons, in that case, ha-ha! You don't deserve them. B. Because now you're available, and you think they might be waiting for you like a character in chick flick, in that case haha again!

I also need explanation to this! I understand some men have been broken and would trust no women. But in cases like mine where I was only nice and good, those guys rejected me and I don’t find their reasons. It’s even more confusing when days, weeks, months later they come back saying “sorry, I made a mistake, would you give me a chance?” …like seriously, after days of self esteem healing, they want a chance…. At least women say they are not attracted, they don’t feel the same way, they are seeing someone, they have a boyfriend…some BS to not hurt the guys feeling or ego. But men, geezuhz….

“Giving a green light” isn’t initiation, and it’s not “rejection” when it doesn’t go your way. If your cues are passive, then you can fairly expect their responses to be similarly passive. Especially in this day and age.
The largest and widest reaching poll of its kind at the time, conducted by OKCupid, indicated that only 14% of women had ever asked a man out, and a negligible percentage of them do so as a regular practice.

Men are cheap in this regard, when they reject a girl interested in them they get some confidence, after thinking it over they regrets and try even harder when they see the girl's disinterest. Like man... Couldn't you just stopped acting hard-to-get and just date the girl that appeals you? 🤣

Same reason why girls reject guys and then come back to them I guess. Some people reject someone in the hopes of being chased after and persued, but when that doesn’t happen and the rejected person moves on, the first person feels like they’ve missed out so they try to get them back.

So my guy and I before meeting chatted once and I directly forced him to meet on on day 2 while other girls took 6-7 months on chat before meeting in person and guess what he proposed me on 3rd date and we are in a serious relationship since 6 months now :) so guy who rejects girl means he is bored and he has obviously so many options just like you do haha

If they reject then comeback its only because their “true target goal of a girl” rejected them right after so they go backwards and revert back to the most recent person that was actually interested in their ass. This is really for any gender tho

I mean, there is not one singular reason why this happens.

Maybe he made a mistake.

Maybe he was not ready.

Maybe she was his "second choice" and their "first choice" rejected them.

Maybe other reasons.

The girls who rejected me have all tried to come back, however. One girl tried even after I got married.

Men know what they want. They just don't like upsetting women, generally. Also, it's very hard for them to be totally honest when getting laid or at least a BJ involved. They will take what they can get until they can't anymore or they find what they have been wanting.
