How do guys deal with a breakup?

When I’d go through breakups I’d spend a few days bed rotting or being with friends who’d either cry with me or we’d go out to get my mind off of it. A key thing is taking time for yourself to recollect yourself, allow yourself to grieve the relationship, and then keep on trucking. No matter how good or bad the relationship was, you’ll heal from it once you’ve broken up. One day you wake up and realize you’ve not thought about them in a while and are a-okay without them. It can take time depending on each relationship, but it always happens.

Actually unlike women generally speaking, to men is much more difficult to move on when we're deeply in love. We invest everything into that relationship, and I'm not talking about just money. Talking from my experience I feel that it's a catastrophic event, life changer.

Haven't had to deal with a breakup in 10 years and don't plan on ever having to deal with it for another 10 either
