My ex ghost me at workplace and I dont know what to do?

Ex and I work together. It is like one is into other when the other isn't. so it's not steady. But we do to like each other. So once after a big break, I went back to her, almost after 2 years. she is warm and welcoming when I text her but occasionally blocks. when I call her, she doesn't pick. unblocks me only to sext.

Now she is my colleague. she interacts just minimum to keep the project run. But doesn't pay any attention to me but everyone else. she scta like she doesn't know me. even when I train, despite being alone with each other, she fails to acknowledge me.

The thing is she is very friendly, warm and cordial to all but me. bare minimum eye contact, if I try to talk to her lone she ignores, but when someone tries to flirt with her, she keeps it low key easy breezy but shoos me away. she sit with other for lunch but even if im alone, wouldn't mind. the only time she unblocks me is when she needs to sext me.
