I (23F) was in a short relationship with my coworker 33M. We dated for several months after he flirted with me for about a year, partially while he had a girlfriend and I finally caved and agreed to go out with him after they broke up. I realized fast that we weren't compatible and he wasn't over his ex, so after two months we switched from dating to being friends with benefits. I was really happy with that situation and it seemed like he was too. Until one day he completely stopped talking to me at work or answering texts, and I found out he got back together with his ex. which honestly shocked me because he seemed to be very interested in me. I was kinda sad but accepted it pretty fast. I wasn't rude and acted like nothing happened. I started seeing someone a few days later and we've been dating since.
But he has been acting insane weird ever since, he won't say my name or look me in the eye. He avoids me like I have the plague. My friend called me over to talk today with a group of my coworkers including my ex, and the second I got there he turned back to his desk. Oh, and he's also sent me a couple of text messages and then deleted them before I could read them. We work 10 feet from each other so it's impossible to avoid him. Again he ghosted ME, so I'm kinda confused about why he could have such a problem with me because he initiated the "breakup".
