Co worker ghosted me and acts like it never happend?

I can't stand this..

A girl I like from work gave me her number when I ask for this, and everything seemed to be going well. I texted her saying I would love to take her to dinner asking when she was free, and guess what? got ghosted just like that for 3 weeks.

When she sees me at work she acts like nothing happened, and even checks me out according to my friends. And that gets me out of my mind. I don't know how she has the nerves to act like that cause she seemed like a genuine person.

Your thoughts on that one guys?

Did I screw up somehow? is she just mean? her behavior is mean?
