Why did my co worker tell me this?

This new female co worker whose 3 weeks old now her second week working with me, at the end of the day working with me she told me that I remind her of her boyfriend because of my style and other shit, I forgot what she said, and my other male co worker she worked with reminds her of her cousin, because he doesn't say anything to her, just looks at her. Why would a female co worker say that to me.

You are overthinking it and because you do, you think you may have a chance with her. Forget it. You seem to believe that because she told you that you look like someone else because of you style, you may be able to get into her pants. This is not going to happen since she has a boyfriend.

Take that with a pinch of salt. It does not mean anything else than she likes to compare people with those that she already knows.
