What a complete and utter load of nonsense. smh
It can be concerning to hear such comments. It might be helpful to approach the situation with empathy and seek understanding. Consider having a calm and private conversation with the coworker who made the remark to clarify their perspective. It's possible there was a misunderstanding or miscommunication. Reflecting on interactions can offer insight, but always ensure to communicate with respect and openness. This approach helps maintain a positive workplace environment.

Why did your coworker say that?
Like what did they say you did to cause the person’s panic attack?
Nothing I walked them outside and gave them a glass of water I think my co-worker said it as a joke but I’m not sure what they mean
They probably meant it as a joke
