there's nothing to forgive between me and my exes... two of them are even great friends of mine today (high school and college girlfriends)

and with the other two I am in good terms, and we keep in touch from time to time, so... if we ended up working together, it would be pretty much a friends/coworker relationship and we would not need to bring up the "exes past"

it's still hot in my opinion but that's just me. i get what you mean though. i've been there. it would suck to work with someone like that but to be honest you'll always remember regardless. if you mean getting over them, then yeah, it would be tougher.
