Why do men always pay alimony?

They don't. Some women pay alimony. It varies case by case. You're supposed to apply for it in many states and a judge evaluates the amount owed on a needs-related basis. Both parties can also refuse alimony to help divorce proceedings move forward more quickly. Also, being mandated to pay and actually paying aren't the same thing. Many people don't actually make timely alimony payments and there are often (but not always) consequences for that as well.

So now here we are with women (not all women) taking advantage of an outdated system and a backlash so far being redpillers, MGTOW's, and so on. I can't talk shit about them because look at what those chicks are doing (not all chicks) and getting away with it.

Those old outdated laws need an update and they're not getting updated, that is the real problem. But let me take a time out and take a general consensus of what women have to say...

Basically agrees with me... still sees the old and dead old reasons... this one basically also sees an outdated system of a bygone era... a lot of these chicks are saying you're a dude for some reason (maybe you are, but that's not my concern)... and that's about it as I scanned at this current time. Yeah... in current times, where that child support is a separate payment or not even a concern. That's what they (the legal system) care about. You provided her a lifestyle and for some reason you need to provide that for 10 or 20 years more. They put a financial amount on that and it gets court ordered. I went to college mainly for accounting, but my electives and required classes were a lot of legal stuff and for some reason psychology. My opinion about it is that its an old outdated, broken and misguided system that makes the wrong people rich. Now I'm going to get personal...

I got married... basically get married or get separated (military life shit). I'm no dummy and can totally see where that could go wrong for me. With that said, you probably know exactly why I've taken no job, been the primary caregiver to my children, and can figure out exactly what the outcome would be in family court even though the bias is against my gender. I will strip her of her kids, and most of her money and continue to live for free. The chicks that take advantage of this same system are no different than I. The only thing that separates us is their intentions really seem to be doing that from the start instead of just protecting themselves. I mean before they even leave the dating world... they're preying on guys with money for that reason. That fucked up old outdated family court choice is being used by greedy ass women (not all women) to get a free ride in life. Those red pill dudes out there warning young men about this system are not the problem... what they are warning those kids about are the real problem.

The legal system is simply old and outdated. Women graduate college more than men now. A woman can step out into the world and get a job faster than any boy now. But that legal system still treats them like poor helpless people that can't do anything on their own. To put it another way... the patriarchy put most of their effort into keeping men in check. That's basically all that's left of that patriarchy now is the checks on men. Feminists aren't going to go for equality in this regard... that would be working against their own.

Anyways I wrote way too much already so I'm just going to stop here. I'm not trying to argue with any of you, I'm too tired, old and frankly don't give a shit anymore. I'm also an abuser of that old outdated system and I'm not the preferred gender of that system. I'm nobodies fucking friend in this fight... I just fucking win. Your legal system is old and outdated... it's fucked up... and anyone with the brain for it can figure out how to manipulate it. You don't have to listen to men in the manosphere to figure this shit out... just listen to the women over on "female dating strategy" to hear the same shit. They say the same exact shit except one side of the argument has been manipulating it and the other is just trying to survive that manipulation.

Having said that, I think alimony should be on a case by case basis, and I think the courts should be less biased against men than they still are today. It's a legacy of the past when married women tended to be financially dependent on their husbands. That's not usually the case anymore, and yet the default divorce judgment is to give the mother primary custody of he children and force the father to pay child support and alimony while having limited access to his children. That's wrong and needs to end. But such thing die a much slower death than they should.

Because if not a man would run off with "his" money leaving the wife and kids high and dry. The money is shared in a marriage and whoever makes more needs to pay alimony to the other person until they can afford living on their own. Usually women get it since men are the main breadwinners in most families.

Well in most cases the guy was probably the bread winner or making more money than the women. Also if they had kids usually the women keeps the kids and house then the guys has to support the kids and wife and her new boyfriend for some reason. It a broken system.

no, it's not an American thing only, indian courts make the men pay 80% of their everything, in case, he is in hospitalisation or dying then his parent's properties and wealth would be confiscated.
judges don't give a damn about merits as they want to get over with the paper works quickly.
in many cases, children run back to a father and live with him but the father is still paying child support and the wife is still taking it because lower courts and family courts are corrupt and ask for bribes to give verdicts based on merit.
HC and sc are not corrupt but these judges say first pay 80% then we will hear your case, in case you are innocent then be happy that you are not going to jail and there will be no refund. in case of unpayment due to health issues then judges will say to sell the kidneys.

I am telling that just like the laws in America favor the wife only, similarly the laws in India also favor the wife but at a very extreme level.
For example, in the case of husband and wife, no matter what the reason is, the wife can go to live with another person without any notice and claim the husband's property. Whether the husband is divorcing or the wife, the husband is responsible to pay, whether the wife needs it or not, whether she is earning or not, it does not matter.
The wife can marry many men, divorce all of them within an hour of marriage and demand alimony from all of them and the court will help her unquestionably. we sometimes call it marriage extortion mafia facilitated by courts.
